Cancellation, Return & Replacement Policy


  1. Cancellation prior to shipment – Order once placed, can be cancelled within 24 hours only. For cancellation requests please get in touch with us on Once your cancellation has been confirmed, your payment shall be refunded back to you within 7 to 10 working days.
  2. Cancellation after shipment, delivery or installation – You cannot cancel an order once the product has been dispatched.

Returns or Replacements

  1. Returns are accepted only for the following reasons:
    1. Damaged Product
    2. Manufacturing Defect
    3. Incorrect Product

  2. In case you identify quality or a manufacturing defect or the product has been received in a damaged condition, our service technician shall inspect your product and carry out an assessment. After his assessment, the service technician will choose to either repair or replace the concerned defect/damaged area or the entire product itself.
  3. The decision to return, repair or replace will be at the sole discretion of JSW Living Pvt. Ltd.
