Cancellation, Return & Replacement Policy

Cancellations

  1. Cancellation prior to shipment – Order once placed, can be cancelled within 24 hours only. For cancellation requests please get in touch with us on wecare@forma.co.in. Once your cancellation has been confirmed, your payment shall be refunded back to you within 7 to 10 working days.
  2. Cancellation after shipment, delivery or installation – You cannot cancel an order once the product has been dispatched.

Returns or Replacements

  1. Returns are accepted only for the following reasons:
    1. Damaged Product
    2. Manufacturing Defect
    3. Incorrect Product
    Please reach us on wecare@forma.co.in. We will assess the damage and get back to you with a solution as soon as we can
  2. In case you identify quality or a manufacturing defect or the product has been received in a damaged condition, our service technician shall inspect your product and carry out an assessment. After his assessment, the service technician will choose to either repair or replace the concerned defect/damaged area or the entire product itself.
  3. The decision to return, repair or replace will be at the sole discretion of JSW Living Pvt. Ltd.
