Q. How do I know my order has been confirmed?
A. Once your order has been logged and payment authorization has been received, we confirm receipt of the order and begin processing it. You will receive an email containing the details of your order. In this email, you will be provided with a unique Order ID, the summary of your order and the expected delivery time.
Q. Can I gift a product to someone?
A. During payment, you can provide different shipping and billing address. However, we do not provide an option of gift wrapping the product. The product will be shipped in standard packaging only.

Q. How do I pay?
A. We offer only online payment methods. You may make the purchase through our payment gateway partner CCAvenue. Various credit and debit cards, net-banking, wallets payment modes are available.
Q. Are there any hidden charges when I make a purchase?

A. Only for bulk orders, we can consider customizing our products in sizes and colours. If you need particular customization, please contact us.
Q. Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed?
A. It depends on a case-by-case basis. You should contact us and provide all the details on your request and it will be evaluated.
Q. What are the delivery charges?
A. None, in serviceable cities.
Q. What is the estimated delivery time?
A. Products are delivered within 8 working days once the order has been confirmed. The days can vary based on your location.
Q. Do you deliver across India?
A. No. We deliver in a few selected cities of India viz. Greater Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, Alibaug, Bengaluru, Mangalore, Mysore, Dharwad and Hubballi.

A. You can track your order by visiting your ‘My Account’ section on the website. You shall also receive timely SMS / E-Mail whenever the status of your order changes.
Cancellations & Returns
Q. How do I cancel an order?
A. Once an order is placed, it can only be cancelled by reaching out to us on email@example.com, prior to shipment of the order.
Q. What are the conditions for initiating a return or replacement?
A. The product is only eligible for return if a wrong product has been dispatched and in the event that a product does not match the item selected during order confirmation. In case you identify quality or a manufacturing defect or the product has been received in a damaged condition, our service technician shall inspect your product and carry out an assessment. After his assessment, the service technician will choose to either repair or replace the concerned defect/damaged area or the entire product itself.
Q. How do I initiate a return or replacement?
A. Please raise a Return / Replacement Request within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You can also submit your Return/Replacement Request by signing into 'My Account' and filling the 'Submit a Support Request' form, to initiate the return process.

A. Authorized service technicians by Forma will perform the service. These technicians are trained to ensure your satisfaction and will use only quality/genuine replacement parts when required.

A. You will find the care instructions option on our website, on each product page.
Q. How long is the warranty for the product?
A. We offer a 3 years warranty as long as the products are correctly used and maintained in the most suitable conditions.
